WAYNETOWN -- Mrs. Mary Ellen (Selby) Rush, 82, a former local resident, died at 6:10 a.m. Saturday in the home of her son, Jess, at Alamo. A native of Crawfordsville, she was married at Waynetown in 1916 to Wilfred Rush, who died in 1958. The couple resided here and at Alamo, where Mrs. Rush was postmaster nine years. She was a member of Alamo Christian Church, and graduated from Alamo High School. Other survivors include two brothers, Charles and Scott Selby, both of Alamo.
